The problem is being worked on???? are you working on the problem of one purchasing/renewing their object desktop and only can dl 500mb???? You don't even have a contact email address, so what! is everyone suppose to come to the forum???? I HAVE BEEN IN CONTACT WITH MIKE H. AT STARDOCK.....DON'T SEEM TO UNDERSTAND THE PROBLEM.....the problem is I CANNOT DL PAST 500MB. WHY? WHY? I PURCHASED OBJECT DESKTOP AUGUST 2007....2007...2007. PER YOU GUY AND I QUOTE:

Deep breaths.

Stardock has great support.  It sounds like you may have been caught up in a seperate problem.  They'll take care of it.  Mike's a great guy and goes above and beyond for the clients here.  It'll be OK.

Log out and log back in.  Maybe you have cookie issues.  Clear them and your cache between logging back on.

Hmmm . . looking at your profile it shows you as a past customer.

Maybe you need to associate your stardock account with your WinCustomize account:https://www.wincustomize.com/crossref.aspx

As an aside Leah, there is still an issue with the servers and even once you fix this problem you may experience failed downloads.

I show you as a current customer.  The cap should be gone.

Yeah but it is saying level 3 when it should be level 4

Log off and back on.  That might help.
